SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
All orders that are received before noon EST are processed the same day.
Orders that occur on holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Better Bears offer free shipping across Canada. Most shipments are estimated to arrive 3-8 days from order being processed.
SHIPMENT TO P.O. BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES
Better Bears delivers only to addresses reached by Postal Services, i.e. with Canada Post.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING
Tracking details will be automatically generated once the order is processed internally within Shopify.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS
While Better Bears is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact Better Bears support team directly to file a claim.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
At this time Better Bears only ships to Canada and the United States. Contact sales@betterbears.ca with any inquiries.
RETURNS POLICY
Due to the nature of our products being packaged food, to ensure the safety of our customers, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges of our food products.
